Why we built it
Running a small ISP in Kenya usually means juggling a lot of things at once: MikroTik configs, M-Pesa messages to confirm by hand, a spreadsheet of who has paid, and a phone that rings every time someone's internet stops working.
EnziMPya puts all of that in one place. A customer pays with M-Pesa, the payment is matched automatically, their account is switched on at the router, and they get a confirmation SMS — without anyone on your team touching it. When the package runs out, the system suspends the account and switches it back on the moment they pay again.
That leaves you free to do the part that actually grows the business: building the network and looking after your customers.
What the platform covers
- Billing — hotspot packages, vouchers, PPPoE and static IP subscriptions, automatic renewals and suspensions.
- Payments — M-Pesa Till and Paybill through Safaricom's Daraja API, plus manual payments.
- Network — MikroTik routers on RouterOS v6 and v7, FreeRADIUS, OLTs and ONUs, and TR-069 management of customer routers.
- Customers — a branded captive portal, SMS and email notifications, a subscriber mobile app and support tickets.
- Finance — revenue, expenses, KPLC bills and profit & loss reports.
What we believe
Pay as you grow
Hotspot ISPs pay 2% of hotspot revenue and PPPoE ISPs pay KSh 20 per active subscriber a month. If you earn less, you pay less.
Your data stays yours
Every ISP gets its own database and its own address at yourname.enzimpya.com. Your subscribers are never visible to anyone else on the platform.
Built for local networks
M-Pesa first, MikroTik first, SMS first — the equipment and payment methods ISPs in Kenya actually use, not a foreign tool adapted after the fact.
