Product updates

What's new in EnziMPya. Every feature below is already live on all ISP dashboards — the optional ones are switched off until you turn them on.

See a customer's live bandwidth

When a customer calls to say "the internet is slow", you can now open their profile in the dashboard and watch their upload and download speed live. You'll see straight away whether they're hitting their package limit, barely using the line, or not connected at all — before you send anyone out.

A sign-in page with your brand on it

The dashboard sign-in and two-factor screens now take on your ISP's logo and brand colour, so your staff sign in to your system, not a generic one.

Loyalty points for hotspot customers

Reward the customers who keep coming back. Hotspot customers earn points every time they buy a package, and can spend them on a free package straight from the captive portal.

Loyalty points are off by default. Switch them on under Settings → Loyalty points, where you set how much spending earns a point and what a point is worth.

Paid customers reconnect, even when their phone changes its MAC address

Modern phones change their Wi-Fi MAC address to protect privacy, which used to make a hotspot forget that a customer had already paid. Now a customer can get back online from the captive portal using their M-Pesa code or voucher, so they don't pay twice and don't need to call you.

Free trial on your hotspot

Let new customers try your hotspot before they pay. Each device gets a short, speed-limited trial, and you decide whether a device can try again and how often.

The trial is off by default. Turn it on and set its length and limits under Settings → Free trial.

Choose a design for your captive portal

Your hotspot login page is the first thing customers see. Pick a design from a gallery of captive portal templates, preview it on a phone mock-up, and switch with one click under Settings → Hotspot. Every template works with M-Pesa payments and vouchers.
